There are various types of job and career fairs but usually they all have a common theme and this is for an organization to meet and screen a large volume of job seekers and, at the same time, a great opportunity for the job seekers to meet and screen a large number of companies and employers, and to test the job market's offer. Whether you go to the College Spring Break job fairs for students or attend industry-specific career fairs for professionals, always bare in mind that you might find the opportunity of your life in that place.
