The term refers to a resume which is sent to the employer via e-mail. It is also called the electronic resume and it can also be submitted to various job web sites or it can be places on your personal web page. The e-resume can bare numerous formats, depending on their mode of delivery. It is very important that the e-resume is compatible with all existing browsers and all reading programs in order to be displayed correctly.
