The term refers to hot happy a person is with her current job. The level of job satisfaction includes a description of many factors, among which the work itself, value and impact of the organization, salary and compensations and others. It is very important that the job satisfaction level is not low, otherwise mental and physical suffering may install, both triggering the incapacity of accomplishing goals.
