Resume Keywords
A keyword represents a word (usually noun or noun phrase) which connects directly to the skills and competencies which employers are looking for in a job seeker. Resume keywords are very useful because whenever the employer is searching for an employee to better suit a vacant position in his organization, he is scanning resumes and applications and selects only the ones which contain those specific words.
The range of keywords stretches from precise skills (job-specific/profession-specific/ industry-specific skills) to technological terms and descriptions of technical expertise, job titles, certifications, names of products and services, industry buzzwords, etc.
