I don't seem to understand why people really fear interviews. Think about this one, what is the ROLE of the interviewer?

When you are at an interview, what does the person who is interviewing you want to ask? What does he/she need to look for in a future employee? How does the interviewer need to "prepare" for the interview in advance? How does the interviewer's role differ from the role of the one who is applying for the job and being interviewed?

I'm always thinking the interviewer had a much more difficult task so...

LOL....nice try....you might be right actually.....I'm going to try this with my next interview.....

Did you see that movie with Adam Sandler when a terrified coach imagined his contracandidate as a cute puppy? Smile)
