Hello,
I have finally found another job, which is great and I have to move state after 5 years of working in the same place...but I will give my resignation with a smile. My boss was OK but like all bosses he remains a boss ... nothing is for free and all the letter I typed and written have brought him 1000 time he paid me. Never a bonus never nothing ... so here I am trying to build a good resignation letter .. I am rumbling I know but I go a confirmation about my other job about 3 hours ago and I am still happy !
I cannot even write a sentence right now that is why I am looking for a free sample .. usually I can do this with my eyes closed.
Any help?

I got one resignation letter sample, you see for yourself if it is useful or not:
"Your:
Name
Address
City, State, Zip Code
Phone Number
Email
Date
His (your boss):
Name
Title
Organization
Address
City, State, Zip Code
Dear Mr./Ms. (boss's name),
Please accept this letter as formal notification that I am leaving my position with XYZ(name of) company on December 20.
Thank you for the opportunities you have provided me during my time with your company.
If I can be of any assistance during this transition, please let me know.
Sincerely,
Your Signature
Your Name"
Of course, it depends on the terms you have parted from the company. You might skip the "If I can be of any assistance..." if the terms were bad....muahahaha!
Good luck! |

Hey, that was useful!
But what if I want to leave without giving a notice period? Is this possible? Because I don't want to remain in this place...not a minute more! |

Hope you got that sorted out in the meantime. I just wanted to say that only if the employer does not respect the contract terms can you leave without a notice period.
But you still have to give him a written notice of your leaving. |
