So what's the problem then if they teach you how to build one?  Do you want an already made one, huh? You could check the Europass Cv Format because it contains all the categories and areas which should actually get into a good resume. They even give you guidelines on what to introduce in each area. I don't know if these guys have it. You could try a search.
