Any tips for my cover letter?

Hi, I think my cover letter could need some help. I'm going to post it right here, please someone review it, thank you!

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am interested in working as a Customer Service Representative for your organization. With almost 3 years of experience in telephone and face-to-face customer service I am confident that my abilities and experience would make me an ideal candidate for a position at your company. I enclosed my resume as a first step in exploring the possibilities of employment with [company name].

My most recent experience is relaying messages at a multi-line answering service. I was responsible dispatching service calls, and relaying emergency calls to doctors and hospitals. In addition, I also processed credit card orders using data entry software.

As with your organization, I would bring a focus on quality customer service and offer excellent communication and telephone skills. Furthermore, I work well on my own and with others, and also have very strong computer skills. I am willing to learn the skills necessary to make my job successful at [company name].

Cover letter looks fine but it is centered only on YOU when it should be focused on what you can offer the employer. The construction looks ok, but this could become annoying....I'm like that, I have done that, I am, I gained....I etc etc
