I've recently posted my resume on a job search website. It was viewed 19 times in the first week or so, but has only been viewed 4 times in the last 4 weeks. Do you have any recommendations on ways to increase traffic to my resume?

This may sound weird but when constructing your resume, it’s important to include a “Keywords” section at the end of it. Why? Because over the last decade, scanning software has radically changed the way that resumes are stored and read. So what happens is that when you submit your resume online, Optical Character Recognition Software (OCR) will quickly scan and file your resume into a massive database. And it will first see those keywords. The employers are oftenly searching possible candidates by introducing keywords in their search option.

Good luck!
