Hi,
It has been two years now since I completed my degree. I am planning to join evening classes of my subject in my college in order to gain extra knowledge because I consider that my degree was not enough to teach me everything about my subject.
Do you think it would help me get jobs?
Is this the right decision?
Too much Education maybe?

It depends. But usually, more education can do you NO HARM. I know you are probably thinking of the "overqualified" situations, when job seekers are rejected just because they are "too good" for a certain position, but I don't believe in this. It's easier to get a good job when overqualified than when under qualified. And still....you don't know what job you're going to have yet so. Go for those classes.

There's nothing wrong with too much education because education opens new perspectives and helps you get better jobs more easily. Who cares about the ones who don't want to hire you because you're overqualified? You don't want those jobs! Aim for the higher ones!

I have always said experience is more valuable than education in any type of job so I hope you didn't go for those evening classes! It's silly to study for 20 years, thinking that THAT would enable you to get a job!
