Hi everyone,
I have encountered some really great questions on this forum, and forums like this have helped me in the past. I am a web designer and developer in Toronto, Canada; I've been working for about 4 years doing various jobs in various companies big and small, and I've been a freelancer and am starting up my own company. I currently work for a staffing company and I've gained a lot of insight into hiring and getting jobs.
