Hi people,
I've found this advertisement for a good job on the Internet and the job description mentioned we should specify our "core behaviors". I'm assuming these are basic skills? Please if anyone knows, do tell me because I don't want to send something which is not appropriate ...I could ruin my chances of getting an interview.

| Aren't those the foundation skills? Like communication skills, solving problems skills and so on and so forth? I don't know them by heart. But I believe they refer to those....What kind of terminology is "behavioural" anyway? |

Melissa is right. The core behaviors (foundation skills actually) refer to the skills which are relevant to the job. Read this for further informations:
