Situation:
Supposing the interviewer asks you a question which you weren't not expecting:
"Should you see your superior steal a toner from the stationary room more than once what would you do?"
Well...
How would YOU answer this question? I know it might sound stupid to ask but I would just like to know if I got it right. Because I've had an interview last week and this was what I've been asked.
Thank you so much! |

| If it was one or two toners, I would say nothing because it happened to me too to "borrow" one or two things. But if he constantly does this, I'd confront him and then go to this superior. In a real situation, the employee would not care, but you cannot say this during the interview so you should answer the answer they expect, right? |

Oh, bugger, I had this problem myself and I couldn't say ANYTHING because his superior simply "loved" the "thief". He would not listen to anything anybody told him about the guy. The boss even fired someone because of him.
Let's be realistic...you can't just go and tell...you must also have some proof.
But the answer at the interview should be the one expected by the interviewer, exactly. |
