Hello,
I've been preparing for and interview for the past few weeks. I would just like to know if anyone has any good pieces of advice for a great interview performance. I know what not to do so please not smart butt comments , but does anyone have any good suggestions on what to say or do to that will really make them want to hire me. The job I've applied for is for an administrative assistant. I am a woman and the person interviewing me is a woman as well so no gross comments.
Thank you for any of your help and suggestions. |

Lia, It's just the decent things you have to take into account. Also, the fact that she's a woman...I'm no misogynist, but women tend to be more severe with other women. Cannot explain it. Just be careful with the words and gestures you choose. These guys have some good tips, you might want to check them out too:
