I usually pick displaying the "increased by XY%" thing. And by this I mean: I say that I have set myself the goal of increasing sales with 20% in a defined period and I obtained an increase of 35% by the end of that period. Employers are easily influenced by percents  |

| Yes, listing or displaying in percent increases of the company's productivity is a good way of answering that question. Also, by mentioning your greatest achievement and enumerating the steps you have taken towards accomplishing it. |
