I have been trained to be a sales person for seven days by a superior. After that, my employer said this period was just part of the job training, and i will not get paid for it. Is This legal? The employer not to pay me just because its a job training?
SHOULD IT BE ILLEGAL, where can i file the claim? thanks! |

You should be paid for those days because your contract starts the moment you sign it and come to work for the first time. Training is part of their job offer...wasn't it?
Make a written request towards them, give it a registration number and they'll have to take it into account no matter what. |
