Hi everyone!,
I intend to leave my present job and change the domain of activity but as I have observed, it is quite difficult to find a job in an unrelated field. All employers remind myself the fact that I have a certain degree, which will not help me very much if I apply in their field. I've also heard about transferable skills and I hope I can make my resume look more appropriate by creating such a category in it.
I was wondering though what else besides training in a different field can I do in order to accumulate what is the equivalent of the new domain's degree...?
Thanks!! |

| Well, decide what you want to do, see what are the applications conditions and then go and ask whether they provide training. Usually, every company has to offer at least 2-3 weeks of training, the minimum. So I'm thinking you should just make your pick...at first. Then, you'll see. |
