Hi everyone!,

I intend to leave my present job and change the domain of activity but as I have observed, it is quite difficult to find a job in an unrelated field. All employers remind myself the fact that I have a certain degree, which will not help me very much if I apply in their field. I've also heard about transferable skills and I hope I can make my resume look more appropriate by creating such a category in it.
I was wondering though what else besides training in a different field can I do in order to accumulate what is the equivalent of the new domain's degree...?
Thanks!!

Well, decide what you want to do, see what are the applications conditions and then go and ask whether they provide training. Usually, every company has to offer at least 2-3 weeks of training, the minimum. So I'm thinking you should just make your pick...at first. Then, you'll see.
