|
|
I am now searching for a new job (I'm in my notice period with my previous) but this time I want to be prepared to ask questions to the interviewer when he finally asks if I have any questions after the interview. Because with my "current" job, I did the mistake of not asking questions and I found out later things which would have made me not accept the offer from the beginning.
Is there anyone who knows about good questions to ask employer in interview.
Thanx and have a good day!

| Well, first of all, don't ask more than two questions. One or two is enough and pertinent. Another thing, don't ask them about money or other benefits right after the interview. Leave that for the second interview or for another meeting. Ask them things about their company or about the position you are interested in. Ask them about their perspectives and things like that. It is in your interest to get under their skin and this is a good opportunity to do that. Even if you'll be tempted to ask about "So how much would my salary be?", restrain yourself from going there until later. |

Thanks, Dolores, good pieces of advice
Now anyone has some examples of questions regarding the company etc etc?
PS: Why not ask about the salary anyway? Isn't this why we work for in the first place? I'm always asking I got burned the first time, won't do it again ...always asking. |
