Hi,
I was wondering, is there a special cover letter format for a job seeker who wants to apply for oversea jobs? I mean, apart from the usual, is there anything special to mention?

Well, there could be some differences. You could mention the period in which you are available to work and if you are available to relocate and in what conditions. Also, you should enhance a lot the fact that you are useful to an international company and to bring strong arguments in this regard. Last but not least, the cover letter should be 100% targeted.
