1. Are you a good leader? Give an example. Why do you think you have the potential of becoming a top leader?
- answer in a concise and confident way to this question
- mention your results and the duties you have had in the past
- enhance the managerial qualities and aptitudes: planning, organizing, control, interpersonal skills and abilities
- describe the relevant personal traits and qualities
2. What were you looking for at a candidate when you hired him?
- skills, initiative, adaptability, the ability to manage situations of crisis
3. Have you ever fired somebody? What were the reasons and how did you manage the conflict?
- you had experience and everything went in a normal natural way
- describe the way you have talked to the employee and how you tactfully told him what and where he did not manage to cope with
4. What do you think the most difficult mission of a leader is?
- planning and accomplishing activities in due time and inside the initial given budget
- don't leave the impression you think the tasks of a leader are impossible to deal with.
5. What is a manager's biggest weakness?
- to be honest and to finish everything in a positive manner
